Green shipping! and special offer ending

I didn't think I could make my green shipping plans a reality so soon, but thanks to eighty orders over the last five days (!), I'm now out of my previous shipping boxes and have started to use all-green packaging! 

Those padded mailers are absolutely amazing. We all know bubble wrap mailers, and I don't know about you, but I always hated the fact that I can't recycle them properly, without completely taking them apart. These are filled with recycled paper, and they're padded just as well as their bubbled cousins. They can be reused, or just put in the recycling box without any fuss. 

For extra protection, I'm wrapping the individual pins in silk paper, which not only gives some padding, but is rather pretty. ;) 

Thanks to everyone who helped clear out my packing materials over the weekend! =D I'm happy to say that I broke even with the new shipping bags as well as ALL the pins after just three days, which is completely crazy! <3

I'll keep shipping them out over the next few days. Right on cue, my car broke down on Thursday, and due to the bank holiday yesterday, repairing it takes a bit. So the number of packages I can ship out each day is now determined by the capacity of my bicycle basket, which is obviously a lot smaller than the boot of my convention-tested Toyota, hee. Still, all those post office trips up and down the hill are doing wonders for my general fitness. And, well, it was definitely the universe's way of telling me I use the car too much! Thanks, universe. Just keep the rain down on shipping days, ok?
