Slight changes in Patreon!

I decided today that I wanted to adjust the perk levels slightly - mainly because there are still so many of you that pledge 5$ a month, even though that level hasn't existed for the last few months.
So, the main changes are:
- Shoutouts for new patrons have been added to all tiers.
- The Suggestion Box has moved to the 3$ tier. What I draw will remain open to all patrons!
- The 5$ perk is back, with a higher discount on Etsy. The only thing that's exempt from that are originals, because I wouldn't know how to prevent misuse of that. (There's been a huge level of fluctuation around here, so I just need to keep it streamlined for me.)
I'll be sending the new coupon codes in a minute!
I'm very much open to adding more stuff that you'd love to see and that doesn't stress me to do. Any ideas?
