Taliesin - lineart
Added 2016-10-19 13:52:42 +0000 UTCI had to put in a few hours of "proper" drawing - I've got about ten sketch copies done now, but if I don't get another piece or two done until Sunday, I will again feel cheated by the holidays! But I'm making good progress with the preorders and hope to have all preorder sketches done by the end of the week.
So here's the lineart for Taliesin. Recommended listening: Damh the Bard, "Ceridwen and Taliesin". If I keep using Damh as inspiration, I'll have painting subjects for about ten years!

Tori Amos has a wonderful Cerridwen/Taliesin song, off her Night of Hunters album called 'The Chase'; Tori takes the Gwion Bach part and her young daughter sings the Cerridwen role!
