The year is 1994 , a boy stands in the middle of the ground looking up. And then he yells, “Heimdall!” The people think him strange. For a few days now he has done this, this orphan boy staying in the rain for almost an hour every day yelling is not their problem though.

After yelling, he stays silent for a minute, and then feels goosebumps. Not knowing if it's a sign, he looks up again and says, “I want to make a deal. I have some information for Odin. Information about Ragnarok. I know when it will happen, I know what will happen after that. The destruction of Asgard, I have seen it. I want something from Asgard, and I can give you all the pertinent information in return for it. “

5-10 minutes go by, nothing happens.

So he says, “if you think I’m just a crazy child, next year the Kree will return to Earth. They will be thrown back by a human experimented on by the Kree, but they will return.”

His message delivered, or so he believes, he never returns to yelling for Heimdall. One day, there is a knock on his door, and he opens it to find Frigga and Odin, along with a collection of guards. How they came to the Orphanage without anyone knowing he doesn’t know, he assumes magic. He lets them in, and is nervous. He did not think his message was actually delivered, but he was just tired of yelling and so decided to stop and give up hope.

Odin begins by saying you were right. You were right about the Kree. They broke my treaty. Makes me wonder what else you are right about.

The boy says he has seen it all. He remembers most of it.

You don’t have visions? Frigga asks.

He says I had a series of visions once, back to back. I saw multiple variations of things that have happened. One where Odin banished Hela to Earth leading to her becoming the Goddess of Life and Death instead of just Death. Another where you never picked the babe in the temple, but Thor and Loki still found themselves coming together as brothers. But it happened just once, when I was still in my mother’s womb, and never again.

Frigga is fascinated, and so is Odin, but Odin is more worried about what it means.

Very well, let's move on to what you want. But be assured that I will only grant it to you if your information is serious enough.

How does Surtur stabbing his Sword in the middle of Asgard sound? While Thor, Loki and what remains of the Asgardian people watch helplessly? Does that sound serious enough?

Odin is silent, so is Frigga. We are dead? She asks.

He says yes. But I won’t tell you anything else until I get reassurance that I’ll get what I want.

He is afraid they’ll reject it, but he doesn’t care. Either he’ll die now by the God's hands, or later when any one of the enemies comes.

Frigga says she gives her word. What do you want?

I want to not die easily. I have accepted that I am mortal, that I will die. But I want to have some assurance that I won’t die because a madman decided my city is the best place to start an invasion of this planet.

I saw you, Odin, take Thor’s strength away from him. I saw you take Hela’s strength from her, locking them in Mjolnir or her crown. If you can take strength away, you can grant it too. I want to be as strong as an Asgardian.

Frigga says sure before Odin can even say anything.

The boy blinks, and is surprised but at Frigga’s prompt he tells them what he thinks is the most likely to happen in this reality.

He doesn’t tell them about Thor 1 the movie, but starts with Dark World. About Malekith’s return, and how Frigga died protecting the human lover of Thor from Malekith. Why was a human there? Because she was possessed by the Aether. Loki’s death, Thor’s refusal to become king.

Then he talks about Thor’s journeys to find more information about Infinity Stones because by then Thor had encountered 3 stones. Space, Mind, and Reality. The reveal that Loki had actually faked his death, cast a spell on Odin and dropped him to Earth while ruling Asgard as the new King Odin. Frigga is amused and relieved that Loki did not die, but Odin is furious.

Thor returns to Asgard, immediately deduces that Odin is actually Loki, and then takes him to Earth where Odin had actually already broken his spell and was waiting for them in Norway. The place where he dies and Hela returns. They fight, Mjolnir is broken, Thor and Loki are thrown off the Bifrost and are taken to Sakaar, where they stage a revolution and find a Valkyrie. Loki brings the people of Sakaar to Asgard, while Thor and Valkyrie go fight Hela. Hela has killed the Warriors three, and a thousand Asgardians already. Heimdall is leading the civilians to safety. The fight, Surtur's revival, and Hela and Asgard’s death.

The Asgardians survive then, with two Princes and a Valkyrie to boot.

Not for long. Thanos the Mad Titan comes and finds their escape ship. He has come for the Tesseract, which Loki had taken before Asgard could be destroyed. Loki is killed, Heimdall killed, and Valkyrie has taken the remaining Asgardians and Sakaarans to Earth for safety. Thor is left on a burning spaceship, with his brother's body. A group of space criminals find him, one of whom is a daughter of Thanos, they rescue Thor, Thor goes to Eitri and they make Stormbreaker. Thanos has already begun his invasion of Earth for the last infinity stone, he has the rest, Thor fights him but Thanos uses the Stones. Half of all life, turned to dust.

Hearing the future, Frigga is sad. Such a sad life for her sons. Death at such a young age. Odin is upset, Hela will return and Asgard will be no more.

You want the strength of an Asgardian. It will kill a mortal. Maybe not immediately, but your body is not meant for Asgardian strength.

I do not plan to live long. I plan to live by the rules of Asgard. Live well, die fighting and enjoy Valhalla or Hel, wherever I end up.

Odin looks to Frigga, who is watching the boy with sad eyes. So much burden on one so young.

She asks why? He says ever since I had those visions I’ve been living in fear. I have already accepted that I will die some day. I just want to know that I tried to stop it, that I had the capability to try to stop it. I want to have a hand in the Mad Titan’s death.

Odin conjures two bands of Uru around the boy’s wrist. He says he will get the strength. But not yet. I got one example of your vision, but I need another. You say that in 15 years I will banish Thor and Loki will take the throne. Once that happens, these bands will come to you, and so will the strength. It won’t allow you to fight Loki or Thor on equal terms, but it will allow you to survive. Strength I will give, but the capability to use it is in your hands.

15 years!?

Yes, so you better be right, and you better get ready for the strength. Because just like your vision’s Thor, if you prove unworthy of this power, I will take it from you.

Odin leaves the room, but Frigga stays back. She says you must think him cruel, to not give the boon immediately. But you see, he did give another boon. He gave you a boon of life as a child. Rest, relax, and live as a child does. For 15 years you won’t have to worry about anything, I vow it. No permanent harm shall befall you for these 15 years. Because I hope you know that when your strength comes to you, it will mean you’re not just a normal human from then on. It will mean you have a responsibility to work towards the Mad Titan’s death.

15 years go by. The boy has lived like Frigga suggested, tried to be normal. But he is not. He thinks Odin had lied to him, because no way would he accept a deal like that. He is not a genius, but his pre-knowledge has allowed him to get a degree at 14, and Masters by 17. But after that when the public expected him to become some big figure, he became an author. He writes fantasy novels based on Norse Mythology.

He had tried to get to Kamar taj, but the Sorcerer Supreme refused. You don’t have even a little bit of an affinity for magic. It is as if Magic rejects your very existence. So he just focuses on getting ready.

That is until one day in 2010, he wakes up in a sweat, and finds the two wrist bands in his hands glowing, warming. He feels a strength coursing through his body. And he knows. Loki has taken the throne.

One year goes by, he gets used to his strength, and when Loki attacks New York, he smacks his face. Despite his warning to Odin, the events still went the same way. Thankfully he is still in NY so he goes out and joins the avengers. He had learned fighting, maybe not on Hawkeye’s level, but Shang Chi was a good teacher. Helps that he desperately needed to change his identity and a rich orphan author was a perfect cover as a big brother figure.

The fight is hard for him, as he is unused to it, but he makes it work. And finally, Loki is defeated. Thor asks him who he is and he says just a man wanting to live. Thor recognises the Shackles, and says they used to be for me so I can lift Mjolnir when it was too heavy. He gave them to you? Yes.

Why would Odin give Thor's baby wheels to a human?

Because I asked for them.

He is a part of the Avengers now, superhero name still to be finalized.

Fights happen, he stops some things, he fails to stop others. Ultron never happens because he takes the Mind Stone for himself before Tony can even start to experiment on it. It leads to a fight, but he says the stone is safer with him, because he knows exactly how dangerous it is. Tony does not. Thor gets in between, and asks if this is related to the visions Odin told him about. He says yes. So Thor puts his foot down, and says he will keep the stone.

Tony kicks him out, but our MC is not poor. He is a successful author and becoming a superhero has just boosted his sales. So he lives in a separate building.

So when Wanda and Peitro attack the avengers for revenge while Thor is away meeting Jane, MC is not there. They get their butts kicked and Hulk is let loose in New York. The MC sees the news, and goes to fight the Hulk taking over from Tony’s Veronica. Using the Mind stone he brings Hulk from his rage, after fighting him in Central Park. People have died, Wanda and Peitro are arrested and taken to the Raft. Banner decides to take the Quinjet one day, and just leaves, disappears off the planet earth.

Tony thanks him, and asks him to come back, but he says no. You don’t trust me, and I don’t trust you. Let's leave it at that. Be assured though that when the Avengers are needed, I’ll be there.

One day he is woken up by a person in his room. Xu Wenwu. He recognizes the fighting style and asks where is my son. Where is Shang Chi. MC says away, and he will stay that way. I might be new at fighting, but let me assure you this won’t be an easy fight for you. Xu Wenwu says your confidence is adorable.you think your two bands are stronger than my ten rings. But I have not come to fight. You gave him support when he needed it, for that you have my thanks. But he is my son and I will find him. Tell him that the next time you see him.

The Avengers go on missions, and when they go fight Crossbones, MC uses the stones energy to shoot Rumlow high up in the air. The explosion harms a few buildings, breaks glasses, but no civilians die. But still the Lagos Accords are brought forward, saying the Avengers are dangerous.

When Tchaka is giving his speech, the MC stands between him and the wall, and when the explosion happens, he and Tchaka are safe.

Tchalla wants revenge and goes after the bomber, he thinks it’s Bucky. The fight happens, MC takes no part in it, and in the end Steve, Bucky, Tony, and T'challa end up in Serbia to see Bucky kill Tony's parents. Zemo wins, the Avengers break up, and the Accords decry that the MC should either give up his powers, or submit himself for experiments. He gives his blood freely, but it is revealed that his blood is perfectly normal. That's because his strength comes from his bands, not his blood.

They can't do anything anymore.

One day, he wakes up again because he feels something. Odin is standing in front of him. It is time then? He asks. Odin says yes. I am dying. Soon. But I intend to ask you, what you will do now? Mc says does it matter? You did not learn a single thing from my tale. Frigga is still dead, Loki is still the King of Asgard pretending to be you, Asgard will still be destroyed.

Can you save it?

Mc stops, and says no. Odin says For Hela to get sent back to Helheim, Asgard has to be destroyed with her. I did not do anything based on your visions because Frigga begged me to. She believes that you can do something which we failed to do in our visions. Save Loki and Thor from the Mad Titan, save Asgardian people from their destruction, maybe even kill Hela yourself.

Heimdall will heed your call.

Why? Why now?

Odin says he has been watching him. You made some mistakes, like the Avengers breaking up which you could have stopped. But even I could tell that both Stark and Rogers were wrong and a fight was inevitable.

You have a few days now, boy. I will be dying soon, and Loki and Thor will come find me. When they do, you have two hours to save Asgard and take them all to a place Heindall knows of.

And then Odin disappears.

A couple days later, he hears Odin’s voice, it says they are on Earth, call out to Heimdall, now.

MC does so, and is taken to Asgard by the Bifrost. There Heimdall gives him Gungnir, and says, welcome to Asgard, Prince Baldur.

Mc says, uh what? My name is not Baldur. And I’m not a prince. Heindall says maybe not in this life, but you were him in another life, in another reality. Why do you think you have all this knowledge? And either way, King Odin named you so. I will tell you everything once we are done, but as my King said, you have just two hours.

Heimdall leads him to the throne room, and Baldur bangs Gungnir. He says to the soldiers, my name is Prince Baldur Odinson. Odin is dying, and with his death, a threat hidden for two thousand years will come. Call Asgardians to the Throne room. Gather the ships, summon the Warriors three. Asgard is not safe to live on anymore. We are leaving.

The Warriors three start to question him but Heimdall comes to their face, and says, your prince has given an order. King Odin commanded us to follow his words, and we will do so. Bring everyone here, we do not have much time. Baldur brings the Tesseract, and using Heimdall’s sword and the Tesseract, they teleport everyone to another planet which Odin had prepared beforehand. Everything except Surtur’s skull and the flames have been moved there over the years by Odin himself.

Once everyone is gone, Baldur tells Heimdall to go with them, he will wait for Hela. I know Odin told me that Hela and Asgard have to die, but I want to believe that Hela is just angry at Odin’s injustice.

When Loki calls out for Heimdall, Baldur opens the bifrost, bringing Hela through. Thor and Loki are on Sakaar. She sees him holding Gungnir, and asks who he is. He says Baldur, apparently. Odin and Frigga’s second adopted son.

You don’t sound like you like Odin, she says.

Odin was a dick. He gave me his power on conditions, he made me a Prince when Asgard had no hope left. Trust me, I know exactly the kind of person Odin is. She says then kneel to your Queen.

Baldur says, Odin’s a dick, but you’re not fit to be a queen either. Not yet. She is about to attack him but he puts Gungnir down and says come. Take a walk with me, sister. We can delay my death for a few hours, can we not?

You’re stalling. Are you hoping Thor and Loki will come and save you?

He says Thor and Loki are at least a few days away. No, I simply want to talk. Maybe drink and bitch about how shitty father Odin was.

Hela sees the streets empty, not a single person in sight and asks, where is everyone. He says gone. Moved to a different planet in anticipation of your arrival. Because whether you kill me or not, our fight will cause a lot of destruction.

She says that was smart, but now there is no one to stop me from becoming Queen. Have at it, he says. Become the Queen of an empty planet. You wanted to become a conqueror, conquer away if you survive. But I assure you; that is not a happy future for you.

They talk a lot, she is amused by his character. And she asks, why are you like this? Why do you not hate me for what I’ve done? He says he is not originally of Asgard. Your past actions didn’t affect me. And besides, they were all a consequence of Odin’s actions. Plus, I have seen the good you can do. Do you want to know why Odin made me a Prince? Because I told him and Frigga what you’re capable of. Did you know, there is a Universe out there, where you became the Goddess of Life with the help of an immortal human? That you and him defeated Odin and his army of Aesir together, with you then becoming the Queen of Asgard. I see that Goddess in you, Hela. I can help you become her. But not if you insist on attacking and killing anyone and everyone.

Because think it over, Hela. If everyone is your enemy, you will never be safe.

Hela is annoyed at him, and stomps away to sleep. Now that no one is on Asgard, she doesn’t even feel like fighting. The next day she goes to raise her wolf and her soldiers from the dead, but finds only burnt remains. Odin had already destroyed them when he had understood that Hela will return to Asgard. She is even more annoyed to find that Baldur was still on Asgard.

She asks him why he is even doing this. What stake does he have in Asgard, because he’s not even a real Odinson.

Asgard considers me an Odinson, why else does Gungnir listen to me? But you’re right. I don’t have too much of a stake in Asgard, except for the part that I wouldn’t be strong if it wasn’t for Odin and Frigga. He named me your brother with the expectation that I will help Thor and Loki kill you. I refuse. Odin was not all knowing, hell he refused to see what was right in front of him. He never saw you, did he?

Hela punches him, and as he goes flying away she runs after him and yells, oh you’re definitely his son. You have a way with words, as he did. All I ever wanted was the love of my father. And what did I get? More training, that same disappointed look. He sent my own army to kill me. My valkyrie!

Baldur stands up, Asgard healing him slowly, and says yes, and now he’s dead. With one son trying to make war with Jotunheim singlehandedly, another almost genociding the frost giants using the bifrost, and the third trying to talk to a power hungry queen of Hel. But are we really going to let Odin ruin our lives? I lived for 15 years waiting for power that Odin promised me when I was 10. And that made me understand something. Odin was not a good man, Frigga may have been but I didn’t know her that much. But Thor, Loki. They’re not like him.

Loki ruled Asgard for 2 years before Thor even had a suspicion that it was not Odin on the Throne.

You can continue to let Odin ruin you, or you can start again. I assure you, there are countless planets out there that deserve to have their power overthrown and welcome a new Queen. The Kree are still in Power and rampaging all over the Universe as far as I know.

She throws a sword and Baldur blocks it with his bracelets. They fight, and at the end Baldur lays broken, Asgard healing him slowly but still broken. She doesn’t kill him, but leaves for the castle.

The next day, Baldur finds Hela sitting on the Bifrost, staring at the space ahead of her. He joins her in silence, and they finally talk properly.

What should I do? All I know is conquering. All I ever wanted was to be Asgard’s queen.

You can be Asgard's Queen. But if you do so, no Asgardian will ever return here. You will be Queen of a barren planet. But like I said, I know of at least 3 empires that need a new Queen. And there is one mad scientist who calls himself a God, not to mention the Mad Titan coming for me in a few hours.

Oh? The Mad Titan? Who is he? Why is he coming here?

A titan who committs genocide on ever planet he visits, and conquers them in his name. Most probably the strongest being in the Universe. And he is coming here, because I hold two Infinity Stones. He has one right now, the Power Stone.

Hmm, very well. Let us see if you deserve to be called an Odinson.

Thor, Valkyrie, Bruce appear, but are shocked when they find MC sitting and talking calmly with Hela. Where is everyone, Thor asks, and Baldur says gone, taken by Heimdall some place else.

Valkyrie attacks Hela, but is easily thrown away. Thor joins in, and after seeing Baldur just watching it Bruce asks why he’s not helping. Baldur says he has already fought Hela, he knows he is of no help here. And don’t worry, she won't kill them. I talked with her.

Bruce is worried. But sees Thor awaken his lightning fully, and still he is losing. Loki appears with the sakaarans but he decides to stay away after seeing Bruce and Baldur. Brother, he calls Baldur, and MC asks how in the hell you know that. Loki says I’ve been King of Asgard and I’m the strongest Sorcerer on Asgard.

Hela defeats both Thor and Valkyrie, both wanting vengeance. Hela killed all her sisters, while the Valkyrie betrayed her. You were mine, and you stabbed me on the back at Odin’s one word.

She defeats them both but says you won’t die, not today. An enemy of Asgard comes, and I intend to see him die here today.

Baldur says now that everyone is calm, if we’re going to make Asgard the battlefield, we need a few more people. He uses the Space stone which he has fused with one of his wrist band, the mind stone on another, and goes to New York. Tony, Wong and Strange, along with Steve, Natasha, Sam, and Bucky are brought to Asgard, reunite with Bruce, and soon enough Thanos’s ship comes. His Outriders come first, and Hela takes care of them by herself.

Remind me not to piss the pretty goth queen off, Tony says.

Oh you’re right about one thing mortal. I am a queen.

Soon the Black Order comes, along with Thanos, and Bruce lets the Hulk out. Hulk roars, and is attacked by Cull Obsidian, while Strange and Wong take on Ebony Maw. Steve, Bucky take on the couple, while Tony attacks Thanos. Thor is about to join in when Hela says no. Our newest brother will prove himself an Odinson first.

Baldur sighs, and jumps to attack Thanos. They fight, Baldur uses the Space stone to teleport whenever he feels worried and becomes a nuisance. After a while Hela says she’s seen enough. You can stay a prince for a while. She then attacks Thanos and Thanos is forced to rely on the Power stone but even that fails when Baldur hands her Gungnir. Her power grows, and the Power stone’s energy is negated by Gungnir.

Soon enough Hela kills Thanos, and brings his head up.

Everyone cheers. Hela throws the head down, and looks at Thanos’s ship. He conquered planets, you said? Baldur says yes, she says then there must be countless planets in need of a Queen. They must know their tyrant is dead. You, mortal with the armour. Can you fly that ship?

I can try, why?

Come, we must go to Thanos's planets and inform them of their new Queen.

Tony says look lady, I’m happily engaged to be married. I'm not going anywhere.

I’ll go, Bruce says. I don’t want to go back to Earth, really. To be hunted again, I don’t think I can handle it. I left for a reason.

You are welcome on Asgard, Thor says. Hela adds anyone who can turn into a giant rage monster is welcome. You can keep me entertained.

So Bruce and Hela leave Asgard, Baldur brings everyone back to Earth, and all Asgardians back to Asgard. He then gives Gungnir to Loki, says good luck with this shit show, and uses the Space stone to go to Xandar. He pulls Thanos’s head up, and says, Thanos the Mad titan is dead, and so are the Black Order, killed by the hands of Hela Odinsdottir for daring to attack Asgard. Anyone who thinks of trying to do so next. Think about it first.

He then drops the head down, and disappears to Earth. Bruce might not want to be here anymore, but he does. Earth is his home.

And besides, only two threats are over. There is still the Celestial in the core, and the time travellers to take care of.
