Added 2017-02-02 04:48:54 +0000 UTCAfter January passed by in what felt like a week to me, we're kicking off February with this boring wall of text! Animation progress is good and it looks like I'll have all the rough keys finished this weekend, which will allow me to progress with animating details/tweaking before making everything fancy! The runtime of the first animation will be roughly a minute, and despite the short runtime there's been a horrendous amount of work flowing into animating this, as the characters are on screen for pretty much 100% of the entire animation. I've planned to render two versions with different camera angles of the entire thing, as there are a lot of animation details that might be missed otherwise. Still having a hard time giving an ETA just yet, especially since this is going to double an otherwise relatively short render time, but guessing early March seems safe. Of course I'll keep posting new WIP material, with new stuff coming up this weekend!
Apart from this, the month's transition came with a pretty tough decrease of roughly 50 patrons who apparently submitted invalid payment information. After the last month was free I somewhat expected expected this though, even though I still haven't fully figured out if content access is either immediate, or only available post payment. I'm still considering switching to Patreon's pay-up-front-to-get-instant-access feature (I'm sure they named it differently), but I'm afraid that it would just hinder patrons that need to take a break for a month from coming back in. Therefore I'll keep the system as it is for now and just remove those that were flagged with fraudulent payment information. Despite the heavy decrease we're going stronger than ever, which is thanks to you! So here goes a thank you to all patrons, old and new; for their incredible support on here! (:

Eventually we will have a boss selector-ish feature, the older versions of the game before the remake had lures for the bosses to make farming epic runes easier. We just haven't gotten to re-adding in all the bosses to add the lures just yet. I am having her held off in the current version being worked on until the next part of her fight is done and designed. I am still working on her abilities and a possible biome for her. And lol vaccuum pussy xD. Yeah I love her expressions on that one haha. Also, I remember one of the test versions where whenever she ate a tiny the timer went up 12 seconds normally and sometimes it was triple that. There were some pretty funny bugs all in all when we were testing the fight haha, I thought the tinies adding a bunch of time made the fight challenging, so its a competition between you and her for tinies, or thats at least how I wanted it to play out haha. And yeah I know you are a patron to tritrium! ^_^

Even if it's not a lot for now, due to my own money situation still being very precarious, I'm really happy I can finally support you at least a bit! And yeah, bad things like that will inevitably happen at such numbers, like people pledging with fake Paypal accounts or re-uploading the not-yet-public stuff... once again I'm sure it will be fine and you'll move forward wonderfully ^_^

The patreons who have been "lost" may just have been using credit cards which can "promise" a set amount and give it later. Or, this is the first time ive seen it but, when I first supported you, I had a delay on my end for giving my pledge for about a week if I ever wanted you cancel it. So for a week, I couldve potentially accessed your stuff for free. That could be another reason. All in all, as more time progresses, the more people will come due to publicity so keep up the good work!
