Current version of the game

Some of the features are:
-An infinite backrooms level 0 that s different every time you play it
-Random noises in random places
-Random meshes in random places
-Lights flicker at random times
-A very simple and unpolished inventory System
-Stamina bar
-Temporary character with noises(walking/running)
