I'm still feeling the effects of the surgery, so I was working really slowly today, but I managed to code in all the "age 5" avatars. Like the baby, the avatar inherits unique eyebrows, eyes, nose and mouth from your adult agent, so this is a much more complex piece of art than it was in the previous version.
It took me all day to do this, but I'm definitely on the mend so speed should increase over the next few days. The next dev day is tomorrow.
I'm excited because several fans have already suggested great ideas for Kink Vignettes! More news on those soon.

Dressing up the character feels like a core part of the game, so I think it would seem weird to be able to skip them. In that case that gameplay section is probably badly designed.

2019-04-23 20:31:44 +0000 UTCThis is a good idea – in the future, I think we might code in a choice from the character creation screen to skip the Lifepath and jump right into the mission. I'm *not sure* about letting the player skip wardrobe and makeup – this seems like such an important part of being a prostitute and a stripper that I'm not sure I want it to be skippable, if that makes sense? I'm no fan of pointless busywork in games in general, but I do think it's kind of hot for the agent to have to touch up her lipstick between BJs. Not married to the idea, though, and I definitely don't want to introduce pointless busywork. Let's see how it goes.

2019-04-23 12:49:40 +0000 UTCi think this is pretty important. having to do things you don't want to might kill the fun. apart from having a completely random background choice at the very beginning (maybe in the character creator?), there could be a simple default choice(s) for any given situation where player input/setup is required, such as choosing makeup scheme or partners during college etc., so that they can just click 'next' if they don't care.

Or to just pick some generic background without going through the entire 'prelude' (or whatever you'd call it? I'm just thinking, what if someone doesn't want to spend the time to fill out a page of 'your partners during this period' or if they don't want to do the whole pre-mission growing-up time? Also, what if you flat out don't care about the make-up and wardrobe stuff, can't you just have a 'default' look? I'm just going to randomly click shit if I have to pick makeup.
