I’ve got some updates — the animation is almost finished! :3
I know I’ve been running a bit behind schedule, and that’s because the project kinda grew beyond the scope of a simple "mini-animation" h3
The total runtime has now passed 5 minutes! :3
What’s left is polishing the body physics, fine-tuning the core animation loops, and wrapping up the opening scene that kicks off the whole story.
To avoid more delays, I’m planning to make the intro in a lower frame rate style or even as a short comic-style sequence :3
There is one technical challenge — one of the characters in the scene puts a lot of strain on my hardware, and rendering a single frame can take over 1:30 minutes.
I hope I’ll be able to optimize the material, but if not… I’ll be pushing every bit of power my system has h3
Most likely, the final render and the voice acting/sound work will be finished around the same time :3
To thank you for your patience and support, I’ll be releasing a few short (10–20 seconds) standalone clips from the animation very soon — and they’ll be available to everyone! :3
The full 5+ minute animation will be released under the usual early access rules for Feed the hare and Playing with the hare patrons.
I’ll do my best to finish it as soon — and as beautifully — as I can :3
