Hope you like it, Courtney! Sorry it took so long, things have been CRAZAAAYYY!

You can use MC Command Center to promote your Sim (From a computer in-game, click Cheats>Career>Promote), OR if you have UI Cheats Extension you can right click on a job icon in the career panel to promote or demote your Sim, OR the cheat below if you don’t want to complete the objectives.

To pause a level, and keep your current job title, and if you have MC Command Center, you can “freeze career” under Sim Flags.

Cheats available: CAREERS.PROMOTE CHIROPRACTOR

There are 10 levels available, as follows;

1. Mall Kiosk Adjuster
   Are you qualified? Nope! Do you know what you're doing? Ehh... Oh well, you're now employed at the mall, and will be talking weary shoppers into stopping for a quick spine crack before you send them on their way. Assuming they can still walk, that is?
   
2. Chiropractic Receptionist
   Congratulations! Your first step up the professional ladder has started, and you're now working as a receptionist for a chiropractic office. You'll be checking in clients, and booking appointments, and maybe perusing Simstagram depending on your work ethic!
    
3. Chiropractic Assistant
   As assistant to the head chiropractor at the office, you'll be taking x-rays for new clients and helping them get comfortable and ready for their treatment.
    
4. Osteopath
   Your broadening your horizons now, and trying to find your speciality. As an Osteopath you'll focus on a broader range of disorders, not just the back. Just watch out for Don Lothario... He's always asking for a little 'extra'!
    
5. Associate Chiropractor
   A bad experience with Don Lothario left you sure of your future in this industry, and you've decided to focus on spinal injuries. Now you're an associate, you're part of a professional private practice. Free healthcare? Check! Free dental? Check!
    
6. Chiropractic Technician
   Now you've decided on your speciality, you're really soaring in this career path! Clients appreciate your careful touch, and sympathy for their pain.
   
7. Certified Chiropractor
   After working and studying for all this time, you're finally qualified in all areas, and know exactly what buttons to push... Or which vertebrae to manipulate!
    
8. Medical Chiropractor
   A local private hospital has headhunted you, taking you on as their chief Medical Chiropractor. You'll be helping clients fresh out of surgery, offering advice, or setting up a long term healthcare plan for them.
    
9. Spinal Therapist
   You've just gotten an inversion table and decided to test it out on Sims! Using decompression therapy, you'll be making sure Bob Pancakes walks tall, even after being yelled at by his insufferable wife!
   
10. Principle Chiropractor
    You now own your very own chiropractic office; it's all yours! You'll be taking on new associates and building a practice that Sims trust and come to with their aches and pains. Congratulations, you reached the top!
    
    You’ll work on a few different skills, but if you don’t want to do these, you can just right-click on them in the career panel to complete them, if you have the UI Cheats Extension Mod (see above) installed.
