2024-11-12 01:19:17 +0000 UTCI think I've got it now (after watching it 4-5 times lol). Pay attention to what the flirty patient was telling the researcher doc near the end of the episode. She actually explains exactly what is going on with Great through her describing her own experience of her heart failure. She's saying she was not conscious of being in heart arrest, but rather living through her past memories but for the fact that she could see 4 minutes in the future (which would still be her past). I'm guessing Great is having heart failure in the intro and we are now seeing his past in which he can now see 4 minutes in advance and has a chance to change events, potentially changing what was happening in the intro like Thyme dying.
