Small note on this (a genuine nitpick) grand jury in the united states is the first step in any felony case and they're all held at the county level. Basically, it's just seven people in a room deciding if there is enough evidence to go to trial. There isn't even a judge in the room. It's also standard for every police shooting to go to grand jury. So, it did go "all the way up" in the same way that my tv remote is all the way on the other side of the room. Otherwise, I love the video, it's good to see my home get some attention from a supreme court justice.
