Bit of an update,
I've found out that there's a place that has almost completely leaked my patreon feed including file downloads and such so I'm thinking of moving posts to the discord server only and posting preview pics in here. I think I can still hold polls here but everything else might have to be moved to the server.
From what I've seen, whatever bot they're using its capable of copying the post itself so not only the preview pic but the attached files, comments and tags as well so the only solution left is to use discord
Lmk if you guys think I'm overreacting or something
For now the only change I've made is hiding the decryption key to the Mega archive in the discord server since before it was visible in the leakers place

Unfortunately, the only way to stop it so far was banning people proven to be the leakers. Not to start a witch hunt, I'm saying careful what you post aes

And you don't have to participate in the server. y'all can just ignore/mute the other channels and only have the patreon channels open and snag the pics whenever I post something new.

I checked pirates bay( yea it’s a bit hypocritical since it’s used for music) luckily didn’t find anything . But there were several folders on mega that had your content and several other creators. I guess some people feel it’s not your ip being used that creates a grey area

I don't use Discord ( I find it to convoluted for my taste) but if you end up moving pls consider posting notifications in here.

You can do so here: https://www.patreon.com/settings/account Linking them should automatically invite you to the server and assign you the proper roles. But if it doesn't, the invite link is in the About section of my page

2019-06-04 17:01:29 +0000 UTCNot an over reaction at all. I got linked to that site just minutes ago and it's absolutely filled with content from Patreon. Most people use Discord anyway, and those who don't can just keep it muted / logged out until you share a post giving info and then log in for a couple minutes to save whatever they want. Still just a shame about it all.... this is why we can't have nice things :(
