Basically, after restarting your game or loading a save, MC will stop working. This is because the needed forms aren't loading and NPCs aren't reregisting to receive gore effects.
I've already solved the forms not loading bug. I'm working on the NPCs not registering on save load now. I should have the fix available sometime later today or first thing tomorrow.

I just disabled decapitations, that's all. The option is in there somewhere, just look for "Decapitations".
