A Quick Update

I apologize for the relative silence, everyone. And please forgive me for not getting to all the private messages: I'm afraid I've been really lost in my work lately, and haven't had time to get to those.

Pt. 2 of the gacha drama video is slowly being edited together: it's the longest video I've ever made, with a run-time of nearly two full hours. About half an hour has been edited so far, which I might release on Patreon as a sneak preview for everyone in the coming days!

I'm curious to see what you think once that sneak preview is released: I do hope the video won't be too dense this time around. We'll find out together, I suppose.

Oh, also, we're going ahead with Thumbnail #2, the top right one! Thank you to everyone who provided their input.

I should also ask everyone what their thoughts are, concerning something like a Discord channel for the community? Now, I will forewarn that I have no idea how Discord works. But I have had many different people ask about such a thing. Let me know what you think! If enough people really do want this, I'll see about putting it together.

P.S. Considering a Palworld Law Review after this upcoming episode. We'll see how that pans out!

i think when it comes to big discord servers it's usually either a place to develop a community and interact around a common interest (in this case Moony's videos and the topics he usually covers), or it's a place to collect specific knowledge and resources (which many people, including me, have taken major issue with due to how easily discord servers can be erased off the face of the earth and suddenly all that info is gone, plus discord's layout is generally terrible for that purpose so searching for specific things and questions is a nightmare and whatnot, etc etc....) but yeah i think the community-building aspect would be the main reason to make a discord server in this case. buuut then you have to worry about moderation which is both really important and really time consuming.....BUT if you establish decent ground rules for conduct and find some people able to moderate (and if the discord is limited to patrons-only, that makes it more difficult for random ppl to join just to cause problems, which reduces the workload for mods) then it can be pretty fun!

Hey Moony. I wanted to offer a tip after reading a comment about it on your channel regarding Nebula. If you want to join Nebula I'd advise getting in contact with some of the creators on there like Devin Stone (Legal Eagle). I don't know the specifics on how to join Nebula as a creator, but I did purchase their lifetime subscription for myself, and there are channels about your size that are also on Nebula, so I'd think you'd fit in. (Go do that content creator peer networking.)

I’m curious what others see as a draw for a discord server. I’ve personally used discord for small friend groups, but do people like large public servers for more active, forum-like interactions? Sort of community-fostering?
