A lot of folks have the misconception that stretching is just stretching... wrong! If you've been following my videos then you know It's tons of conditioning! Gaining strength & flexibility go hand in hand. Backbends are no different. We need a strong core, back, arms etc. Rather than throw yourself into a backbend, take the time to really warm up your body so when it does come time to fold you can get deeper & feel the difference! I'll be adding two more videos to this mini series, please let me know how it goes if you practice!
