I know you might meet a lot of issues handling our new download system. And I would like to explain how the system works so everyone can better understand and access it.

我知道大家在使用新系统的时候或许遇到了很多奇奇怪怪的问题。我将在这里跟大家阐释一下该系统的工作原理，以便大家能更好地使用和接入该系统。

In the new system, you'll be required to log in with your Patreon account. After clicking "Allow," the system will connect to your Patreon information, verify your subscription status and tier, and then deliver the corresponding content based on your eligibility.

在新的系统中，你将会被要求使用Patreon账户进行登陆。选择“Allow”之后，系统将会接入你的Patreon信息，并确认你的订阅资格及订阅等级，然后根据我们的指示将你可获得的当期内容向你推送。

After that, you may submit your request for reward links through our system. These requests are processed one by one in the order they are received, with each typically taking between 2 to 7 minutes to prepare. However, if there is a high volume of Patrons requesting links at the same time, it may lead to insufficient processing capacity and significantly longer preparation times for subsequent requests.

之后你就可以在我们的系统里申请奖励链接，系统会根据申请的先后顺序进行挨个打包，一般单次打包时间会在2到7分钟。如果当下申请链接的patrons很多，会导致算力不足，从而极大延长后续申请人的打包时间。

Please don’t worry if this happens - the system has already registered your request and will automatically process it in sequence. If you encounter delays, we kindly ask for your patience. You can check back later, and your link should be ready by then.

这个时候也请大家不要担心，因为系统已经获取了你申请链接的请求，他会按照先后顺序自动处理你的链接。所以如果出现该问题，请大家稍微耐心，在稍晚的时候来查看，届时你的链接应该就已经好了。

Based on our tests, when rewards are first released, the processing time for your request may extend to approximately 20 to 40 minutes.

根据我们的测试来看，在奖励发放的第一时间，你申请链接的诉求可能会被延长至20分钟到40分钟。

In addition to current rewards, we will gradually make past rewards available in the system. The system will automatically review your entire subscription history, allowing you to re-request any previous rewards in case they expire or you need to access them again in the future.

除了当期奖励外，我们也将会在未来陆续上传我们的过往奖励。系统会自动读取你过去的所有订阅记录。这样未来你在奖励失效或其他情况下，需要获取过往奖励的时候，就可以在系统上重新申请这部分奖励内容。

Under the protection of this system, we will be better equipped to prevent future piracy distribution and more efficiently identify individuals responsible for leaks, thereby safeguarding the interests of all patrons. Those confirmed to have leaked content will be added to a blacklist.
