Self censoring

So what is this about? Well, when my last Turkey video was copyright claimed I filed a counter report. And i received notification that my video indeed did not violate copyright and was transformative. However. My video was also demonetized. The reason is that I talked about terrorism during a short part of the video, and said "fuck" to often.
The question over self censoring to get monetization is one that has been on my mind for a long time, and I would like to in the future talk about it.
There are topics which i cover where it will simply be unavoidable. Be it on terrorism, genocide, or other. But I do have the ability to swear less. I am not sure if you would consider this self censoring or not. But Would like to first and foremost hear your opinions on this, and see if you think I should reconsider how i speak in my videos to get monetized.

2020-09-28 21:45:44 +0000 UTCYouTube doesn't care if you follow the rules or not, they'll demonetize/strike your videos arbitrarily anyways so I think you should just make the best content you can.
