It's Been One Week Since Launch! Patch 1.0.1 Is Live!

First of all, we want to welcome all of our new supporters here on Patreon! We're glad you found us, and can't express how much your support means to us.

Thanks to everyone for an amazing launch week for Changeling Tale! This wild ride continues to be exciting, overwhelming, and mostly very humbling!

For those wondering, we just reached over 2,000 sold on Steam in just our first week! Reviews have been stellar, and the team wants to thank everyone who took the time to tell us how you felt after playing Changeling Tale. We read each one, and can't put into words (at least, not as well as all of you did!) how much the reviews encourage us, and make us feel like we've created a project that is more than the sum of its parts. 

So, if you haven't already, please consider leaving a review on Steam or Itch and let us know what you think of the game! These sites arrange game visibility based on the game's reception, so the more reviews we have, the more people will see Changeling Tale! More than anything else, we want people who otherwise would not have heard of the game to find it and enjoy it. 

In game news-- we just released a big patch! Highlights include the Rebound Achievement now working, and the ability to reach 100% Story Completion (see the full changelog attached for details; it's one of our longest yet!). Steam users will automatically update with the fixes, but Itch users will need to redownload unless they use the Itch app. As always, find us on Discord should you need any help regarding the patch!

Our current project is to finish the shading for the last few pieces of Grace art, then a big polish pass for the entirety of the game. We are always grateful to receive comments and feedback about typos, continuity errors, anachronisms, etc. Don't hesitate to contact us should you find something that we didn't! Ahead in 2024 will be the first chapter release of your Patron-decided romance, the character Rowan Ashfield, the friend Malcolm made while in the trenches...
