Update: PEKK-CF, PEI, PPS, PSU...

Hello, table update. 6 industrial filaments by 3DXTech printed on Prusa Pro HT90 (attached to this post). Video link is in the table (or you can find it in playlists).

Other: Great news: Tullomer printing is in progress, soon I will start the testing. First feeling, one of the strongest in XY direction, but... (very big BUT, and I don't understand why 3D Printing Nerd didn't mentioned it, he have several videos about Tullomer)

Update: PEKK-CF, PEI, PPS, PSU...

Hm. Yes, in most cases the objects are not annealed. Only nowadays I started testing materials which makes sense to anneal it.

Hello Mr. Gaspar, The PPS in the video is not very well annealed i think. Its temperature resistance is too low and toughness is too high for an annealed PPS. At least compared to what I have experienced. Although the heating test is relatively short, is it possible to put it another heating test to see if its temperature resistance increased? If you havent thrown it away.

Great video! Thank you :)

Hi Igor...another great test. I have a question. In looking at your table, I don't see an indicator if you anneal a part or not. Is that info in the table somewhere? Thanks!

I’ll keep it to myself 🤫 😊

Daniel

Because I don't have measured numbers so far, only the feeling.. (between us, very low layer adhesion, but don't tell to anybody)

Igor Gaspar

This is regular PPS (not PPS-CF, which will be tested soon on Qidi printers)

Igor Gaspar

Mr. Igor you are keeping us in suspense! 😆

Daniel

PPS will be interesting. I have done some printing with some from Spectrum in Poland and it is promising (prints just fine on the Qidi q1 maxed out )
