We're a team | HEY! Caleb

Welcome back to the 4th installment this month theme HEY! Caleb Post.

Now in the last post, we discussed a bit more on Isiah and the his relationship with the girls. In this post we talk more about how I don't know what I'm doing, the magic system and the TEAM. Now as always is you like these type of post please let me know how you feel and let's jump into things...

Team name? Their story?

Okay all this started because I wanted to make a new outfit for Caleb after almost 3 years of not returning to the series.. When making the costume for Caleb, I would ask another artist by the name of Bode ( @/Bo.de-- Bode was an art student at the time -- who currently works as a concept artist for Fortnite) to help me make her outfit a bit more hero like. After the design was completed the other girls would follow after. There was no story, there were no names and there was no purpose. The original Hey! Caleb, story consisted of two Sisters that have never met and would after their 21st. This concept would still be a huge part of this revision but, now theirs a team element.

Names would finally come to each member during our Witch Theme on Patreon. Girassol, Luna ( celeste ), Lang ( their from the beginning ) and Caleb . I would make art of each character from infant, child, teen and present-- in hopes of make their stories come easier to me. In the beginning as well, the magic they had was more related to witches since their first appearance was during that time. However more development would be made, and theirs still a lot of gaps in this story.

So as of now, I only really have mini back stories, cool concepts for them and how they can help through Caleb's story. Like one of my favorite concepts is for Lang, Since all of them have some Crystal transformation, Lang uses her Crystal regeneration as a weapon. For example, the other have weapons that are made out of crystals but, Langs weapons are literally formed from her limbs. Making a multitude of weapons when needed and focus her energy to create a phantom force to maintain balance. However the crystal are all made of the same material so no weapon is any weaker than the next. Other character like Girassol uses magic a bit more than others, since she is a science majors and the idea of magic and its forces seem more familiar to her. She also love the idea of magic due to it's concept having been properly studied because its limited access.

My Hopes for the team:

Now I don't know how this and why they would transform but, I want for them to have to do all the stops. I'm honestly thinking the crystals help them with their transform but, then I want to explain the goo element that also is also displayed on their outfit. Maybe DARK MAGIC ? Well for now please enjoy the art- I think I'll be making more development for the story. In the next post I'll discuss the shot story after. Till then Bye!!
