Didn't go exactly as planned, but doesn't matter >:) Time to meet the papa.

UPD: added the silly ass bonus panel

Some clarification: Vaughn did meet Shade before, as Shade is the owner of the World of Curiosities, the smuggling point where he and Rhys tried to sell the Vault Key. And upon arriving there Vaughn witnessed a lot of weird stuff, and some of it were stuffed dead people posing as “alive ones”. And Shade himself, proud of his work, acting really friendly - and really erratic. Vaughn, who had just landed on Pandora at that point, didn’t appreciate any of it and was really creeped out. Hence he's still a little standoffish.
If only he had known that this weird, tooth missing man was the one who didn’t turn his back on little Hedwig and grew her as his own daughter… Well, he’s about to find out, as Pticenoga didn’t bother to tell him that before, even though she saw the first meeting. Plus Vaughn didn’t ask, so yeah. (I also imagined that in this particular scene they didn't spend that much time together yet)

On the technical side of things, I wanted to practice angles that are hard to draw. And the scene was vaguely inspired by The Lion King after I re-watched it xD
