I know it can be hard to focus on painting with the constant flow of news and updates about the corona virus. Also for me personally it is sometimes weired to sit down and paint with all that happening around us. But once you manage sit down and focus on painting, it can be similar to mediation, you can reduce the noise of the world.
For miniature painting you need to be focused while painting .. its just you the model, and the paint, and maybe only a short moment everything else does not matter.
