Variance for 50$+ Reward Tier

As we're still trying to cement the Reward system i came up with an idea that i want to run by you guys first.  For the 50$ Reward bracket, there is a 30mins one on one  offer once a month. My main issue with this reward is that it is incredibly time consuming on my end. 30 mins times 15 people is over a day worth of chatting. While it is spread over 30 days, i fear that it might be hard to coordinate schedule with some people depending on your time-zone. I also worries that some people might get to insist on stretching the time, making it harder to have a solid cut at 30 mins max. 

So instead i thought it might be a cool idea to have everyone hangout at once for 2 hours once per month. 

Since so many people pledged already i wanted to consult with you guys on what you'd rather have. Obviously i will go with the democracy and will understand if you chose to back out because of it. But please vote for your preference.

Perks from changing to Hangout instead of 30 mins Skype:

- Well obviously 2 hours is more than 30 mins;

- Since the span is longer, it's more forgiving

- Possibility to make new friends;

- We could play games all-together such as cards against humanity for example;

- If you're shy and you'd rather listen than actively talk, it won't put you on the spot.

- A lot easier for me to manage and handle, it's also more interactive.

- Overflowing the 2 hours mark is going to be more forgiving on me than the Skype one.

- Most importantly, it would remove the 15 person limit, so more could apply to these ranks.

Cons from changing to Hangout instead of Skype:

- It loses the 1 on 1 touch;

- It's possible again that you won't be able to make it since it will be a date set in stone. However i'd do my best to have the date done on a Saturday, planned in advance so you guys can free your schedule for the event. But i'm aware some people might miss out because of that.

- If you're someone shy, you could get over-powered by someone more outgoing who might steal your spotlight.

- More people might join in at some point and make it crowded.

Like i said, i don't want to enforce one or the other but rather have you guys choose your favorite. I personally like the group hangout more since it's easier to handle and it would remove the limit restriction, but let me know. Again the poll is here:
