Tales Of The Milk Wars!

For those who have been enjoying my little project of exploring a universe where DC's strange Stepfordization themed "Milk Wars" crossover ended with the villains winning, I hope you enjoy this story! I had a lot of fun writing this little anthology, focusing on 3 different female heroes and their new domestic lives.

Wonder Wife starts us off, of course, since Wonder Woman is such a perfect character to Stepfordize, and because I truly adore writing her in this setting. She's very cold, somewhat cruel and sadistic, but then switches on that 1950s housewife charm and is sugary sweet and obedient. It's very fun, especially contrasted with how Diana is such a kind, brave, independent woman in canon. She's really perverted by Retconn.

Next in line is a Green Lantern, Jessica Cruz! My second favorite GL personally (my favorite being Simon Baz), and a character who I've seen some fantastic Stepfordization art of in the past! She hasn't shown up in this setting yet, so I'm excited to give a glimpse into what's become of the Green Lanterns.

And lastly, thanks to the votes of my $5 and $10 patrons, we have Batwoman! I ended up honing in on the idea of Retconn as a corporation and Kate as a lesbian, and so it sort of became a bit of a thing about corporate pride? I really enjoyed writing her segment, and I'm definitely planning to include her (and Jess) in future Milk Wars stories.

And for those of you who prefer original characters and less superhero nonsense (which I say affectionately, being a big comic fan), rest assured, my next few stories are all in my normal Stepford setting! I've got a three part story coming up next, and some other oneshot Stepford stories afterwards.
