December Release Plans
Added 2024-12-02 17:03:31 +0000 UTCHello everyone! A new month, and a new set of production release plans. Firstly I'll be releasing a small patch for RogueLove to fix a few of the errors in the new version.
For MGG I will be continuing to work towards Final Production Release, I'm planning on adding some content to the less developed Garden biomes, and seasonal gathering items to the new overworld biomes. I've also been talking with ShadyCorner about possibly getting a new character model made, which I'm pretty excited about. And then some more additions to the new NPC relationship system.
And last but certainly not least, I'll be finishing the 69 Days After Steam page and getting the game ready for it's launch. There's only a few more things to do there, so I may end up moving it forward.
As always, these are just the current plans and will be added to over the month.
RogueLove 0.26 Patch (December 2nd) <-Now Available!!
[X] Added missing Equipment Tooltips
[X] Added controls for allowing Players to manually strip their clothes off, by clicking and holding on the little boxes that display armor
[X] Added Shambling Mound, Toxic Shambling Mound, and Goblin Slimancer to the Aqueducts
[X] Added float clamp to Purity changes using the min and max values, to prevent Purity from going over the top or past the bottom of the display bar
[X] Fixed a display error with hooded armor
[X] Fixed a spawning issue with the new Non-combat Room
[X] Fixed an issue with a couple specific Non-combat Rooms where you could move through the room without triggering the goal if you avoided the center of the Room
[X] Fixed a glitch when 2 rooms with the same objective spawned on the same floor, the game was checking all targets on the floor, instead of just in the room you are trying to clear
MGG v1.46b (December 24th) <-Now Available!!

[X] New Quest; Scientist quest to open path in Caves to Lower Caves

[X] Thermashrooms are found in the Caves during Summer, and can be used as Fuel. More efficient than Log Bundles, it offers Players an early-mid game Fuel source, aside from having to use wood and seeds
[X] Frostcaps are found in the Caves during Winter, and can be used as a more efficient cooling source than Ice before Eternal Ice can be secured
[X] Changed texture of Rock Surfaces for Interiors so that it doesn't clash with the wall texture
[X] Added a small Cave equivalent on the Old Island so Cave Mushrooms and other newly added Caves collectables can still be gathered without switching maps
[X] New simple system with data stored in the current game instance which remembers which resources have been harvested (across all loading zones) and restores their state when the relevant zone is reloaded
[X] Loading zones no longer replenish resources when exiting and re-entering, until a new in-game day begins
[X] Teleportation Statues now have a proper equivalent destination on the Expanded Island
[X] Fixed spawning and respawning of the following objects on the Expanded Island; Diamond Rock (Scientist Questline), Gold Rocks, Rocks (Quarry, Mountains, Caves), Trees (Forest, Lake, Mountains), Coconuts (Beach in Summer), Berry Bushes (Forest, Beach), Mushrooms (Mountains, Caves)
