YANDHI AND CITY POP. PROGRESS UPDATES

Hello! firstly thank you all for subscribing to this patreon, i hope to make it your while, here are the current projects being created.

YANDHI.

i've wanted to do a video on kanye for quite a while, however when developing these ideas.. I found trouble with making the concept sound as interesting, perhaps for future videos, Yandhi. however interests me quite alot, the concept of trying to peer into kanye's psyche at probably the most turbulent part in his career is a topic that interests me greatly. The yandhi first draft i have already edited is going to be used as a base. I will redub the audio with my new method and make sure that it is audibly better than worldcorp, with much better mixing. The project time wise however, is going to be an issue, The yandhi "saga" is quite short. only really appearing for about a year until it turned into Jesus Is King. I wouldn't like to drag the video out too long, however instead of being a retelling of events. I plan to make the video a look into the wider hip hop community, and how "group buys" and other methods are used to find "unreleased media". Under the guise of the biggest unreleased music project. 

The video will be around 6-7 minutes long.. Maybe longer with rewrites, which brings me onto the new method for writing videos.

With the worldcorp video, i found myself writing it in a half. whilst in the process of editing the first half of the video, i would begin to sketch out the 2nd half, I find this a pretty good way to do things for me personally, and also means i can work on 2 projects at once without too much downtime

CITY POP VIDEO.

this is more of a "side piece" to the yandhi video, a more personal video about the genre itself.. I've written the "first half" of this script tonight. and have narrated it, and hope to have an edited first half by tonight (not visually edited haha). With the ability to work virtually on 2 projects at once, switching between both easily. I will possibly (and probably) find myself at the conclusion of having 2 finished videos in basically the same time frame.

So i hope that can be interesting!!  As they are wildly different in visual and narration style.
