Added 2024-01-12 00:20:19 +0000 UTCI felt like it made more sense for Bianca to smoke hand-rolled cigarettes in those days. Pre-packaged cigarettes existed at the time, but it was still fairly common for people to roll their own in those days. If nothing else I figure it helps to reinforce the idea that this is a distinctly different era.
