good ol' vaporeon!
Most know this form already, as I drew this one most often next to eevee.
This guy is definitely the more selfish and "Id" side of Roco's personality.
Though he's basically a Siren in all but name and hypnotic singing ability, he isn't always a cruel person. After all, he's gotta build trust and friendships with people if he desires to end them on a lark for a meal :9
