Triggering Video Descriptions
Added 2024-02-22 05:00:02 +0000 UTCI'm putting both of them here, with the videos, "My Experience with Suicide" and "Finding Peace." I believe I've said enough about these, so I'll leave the descriptions here.
🕯Disclaimer🕯 This audio deals with heavier topics including suicidal ideation. Please don’t listen if it will trigger you, and please reach out to someone if you need help.

I’m not going to write a story about this one. I don’t have to. This one isn’t fiction. It’s real to me. This is what I needed to hear when I got home from the hospital.
I thought I’d share it with you.
I think this is the best audio I’ve ever made. I’m not playing a character. I’m being myself, speaking from where I am now to that scared kid in the hospital. And to you.
This is for you. You know your story. You know everything that led you here. We don’t have to talk about it. Just let me hold you for a while.
It gets better. Help is out there. I am here.
This is a video about my personal experience with suicide. I purposely left it very raw and unedited, because I didn’t want to take anything away from my story.
I get very emotional. No, I’ll be blunt. I sob in this. This isn’t a story, this is my real life.
I wanted to share it with you after my last comfort audio. I want to share my story. I have spent so long being silenced, I want to share this part of me.
I’m not looking for pity or validation. I just want to be heard. I don’t want my fight to be forgotten or trivialized.
I want someone to see what I went through and say, yea, that’s me. What happens next?
Because life happens next. It’s hard, but it gets better. I don’t want to die anymore.
I can celebrate because I don’t want to die anymore. You will get there.
I am here to stand with you. I share my story, feel free to share yours. We can’t be silent about this anymore.
Thank you for listening to my story.
It gets better.
