Love it Ben! Just getting to this series. Less clickin, More pickin. This is like Grateful Dead meets Primus! I like seeing you take chances not knowing if it will work and then playing it out. Very inspiring!

For the record, I'm just getting back into playing after an 8 year sabbatical and, congratulations, I've chosen you as one of my tutors. I'm determined to avoid relearning my previous pentatonic jails. I'm thinking that focusing on the modes and how to incorporate those into my endeavors is the key to the scale break. See ya on the outside. Thanks for the lessons; They've been worth every cent.

Do you ever go back to the same jam track and try to incorporate some of your better moments and ideas from your first go round into your new "version" of the track? I do this at times and it can sometimes spark new creativity...oddly enough.
