Sunset Shimmer: Crumple-Horned Snorkack, Chapter 8
Added 2024-10-01 00:12:09 +0000 UTCWhuff. 13,000 words. I feel like I should maybe cut that down since there is a lot of talking going on, but I dunno; that's kinda what my fics are, mostly. As it is, I addressed everything I think needed addressing, skipped almost anything that could be considered a recap, and got some fun scenes and some weird scenes in along the way. i might even be able to go straight to September 1ˢᵗ for the next chapter.
As for the next chapter... I'm not sure if it'll be SSCHS or back to Sharing the Nation. I do want to go about finishing up Sharing the Nation, but SSCHS is coming much easier for me right now, so maybe I should capitalize on that. As it is, I'm kinda using SSCHS to practice putting a bit more planning into my chapters, which is something that Sharing the Nation really needs, so I'm really tempted to keep doing what I'm doing. We'll see.

I may have said it before but I love the way your characters seem to exist. Everyone in this chapter felt real.
