This one really fought me at first, but the two external POVs just fell out of my head fully formed, which will explain why Lightning Dust's section is maybe a bit longer than it really needed to be, not actually being all that important. As for the other one... well, the need for it will be obvious, I think, even if it has shades of being a recap. I'll be interested to see what people think about going this direction.
