Yes, the idea behind bowsette's attributes is that she'll go overboard with them. No technique just brutalititties.

I can see the scenario playing out with Bowsette doubting Dark's ability of getting Mario off at this point, and Dark replies with, "Pft, my breasts can do more than your entire body could!", and then violent paizuri action ensues. Just a thought!
