April Poll 2017
Added 2017-04-06 20:24:45 +0000 UTC(Geez.) Sorry for the restart... but going through ALL those nominations isn't easy.
Same thing as before.
One vote per person. Changing your vote will show up on my spreadsheet and nullify your vote (Zero tolerance for that.) Vote ends Monday at 9pm

2017-04-09 20:36:05 +0000 UTCThanks Doc. I'm sure you do what's best for the campaign. =)

2017-04-08 01:26:17 +0000 UTCThere isn't really a one size fits all here. Some voters are actually invalid from having fake payment options. A ton of votes could be invalid anyway. The best way to vote is to simply *vote for what you want to see* instead of playing the odds.

2017-04-07 18:39:23 +0000 UTCI personally don't think that's a problem as long as the poll is open and the results aren't totalized. I'd hate to see that my option went to a last-placer option when it could've been used to give a boost to some runner-up option I'm okay with too. But on the other hand, rules are rules, and if this is what Doc thinks it's best, I'm fine with it.

2017-04-07 15:19:10 +0000 UTCThere's some degree of common sense in not nominating and seconding similiar ideas that will split the votes for both, but that hasn't stopped people from doing it so far. There's also the problem of people both nominating an idea then seconding another idea. You can only vote on one of those, so why create more competition?

2017-04-07 15:13:35 +0000 UTCTo prevent folks from constantly changing their votes for whatever might be the current #1 or #2.

2017-04-07 15:11:49 +0000 UTCYou have the ability to change your vote with this system, but that negates it when Fred does the tally after the voting has ended. It's like choosing not to stop at a red light while driving. Nothing is forcing your car to slow down and stop unless you obey the rules and use your brakes. :)

2017-04-07 15:09:40 +0000 UTCahhhh I see. Pity, that.

2017-04-07 01:12:44 +0000 UTCLol you "could", yes. But the rule is "don't". Once you make your choice, you must stick to it.

2017-04-07 00:34:57 +0000 UTCThe reason for it because 1) it lessens the ability for the ballot to be manipulated and 2) it ensures that voters think about their decision so that they are absolutely sure of their choice before casting. "There are no take-backsies in my kingdom."

2017-04-06 22:58:49 +0000 UTCI assume the no-take-backsies policy is so you can't change your vote once you see what all the others have voted.

2017-04-06 22:00:15 +0000 UTCHmmmm, seems one more I would have loved to see made it on this go around unless I was blinded by rage over the other numbers. Still not happy with the current turn out. Sigh.

2017-04-06 21:31:41 +0000 UTCIs it okay if I ask about the reason for the vote-changing prohibition? Just curious.

2017-04-06 21:28:16 +0000 UTCWait I thought you could change our vote with this clicking style vote system?

2017-04-06 20:58:21 +0000 UTCI feel like it may be better if similar things were done in groups to prevent vote-splitting, like all the TF Prime and Beastwars as one thing that then gets a round 2 deciding exactly which gets completed.
