I'm playing catch up to your reactions, so I don't comment often yet, sorry about that. I love watching your enthusiasm about the show. It takes me back to when I first saw it. I remember being so conflicted about Ruby the first time around. I loved the character and hoped she was really there to help the boys, but her being a demon wigged me out as much as it did Dean. I love that you've jumped on her side and are sticking to your guns about her. Katie was only 19 when she joined the SPN cast as a recurring character, and this was her first big break. She really impressed me. Season 3 was when the writers strike occurred, hence the reason for only 16 episodes this year, which you probably already know. Because of that, episode 8 was made the mid season hiatus episode, but this episode was suppose to be the true mid season finale.

2019-05-04 19:11:10 +0000 UTCI legit laughed when you were explaining why you haven't been able to get to SPN, while also reassuring everyone that you haven't quit. Not sure if you've noticed, but we happen to have one of the most (if not THE most) dedicated and passionate fandoms. Believe me, we all look forward to reactors and go into actual withdraw 5 mins after an upload is considered "late"..LOL. And it's not even a personal slight aimed at you - we're lifelong addicts, and need our daily fix. Getting to experience our show for the first time all over again through you and the others we watch is not only one of the most satisfying ways to spend my free time, personally, but it's also important enough for many of us to contribute specifically for this content. Now that we are moving into the final run of our beloved show (still in shock), it's more important than ever. I mean, look at the number of likes, comments and interactions compared to other videos that get posted (I promise it's not just you...it's like that for many reactors). It's all good, though. ;) Anyway, I'm SO glad you're back! Sorry you're going through literal hell with your ear and everything else. I can relate, as I am also prone to chronic sinus and ear problems. Hope you feel better soon. There are a hand full of episodes I have a hard time watching because of the gore or torture porn aspects, and this is certainly one of them. I like the episode for other reasons, but the first 15 mins are too much! Teeth..!? Rotting food...!? The burger..!? NOPE. Can't do it. *shudders* All that said, the next four episodes are some of my favorites!

2019-04-12 21:32:11 +0000 UTCAGGHHH THIS EPISODE!!!! Ky. You KNOW I binged 11 seasons of SPN in like 3 or 4 weeks otherwise I would’ve reacted to it too. But certain episodes really stick with you during a binge, other than big premieres, finales , introductions & Deaths... and this is one of those episodes. I may not always remember the season in the number but the second I saw those characters I remembered the nightmare that was the teeth 🦷

And agreed that it was upsetting that Ruby actually has no way to get Dean out of his contract. It just shows how smart Ruby actually is, because she knew she had to use Dean to get Sam to talk to her and she knew to be truthful to Dean when it came down to it. I agree she's a very interesting character.

The MOTW type episodes are better when they do something that ties it into the main story for the season, like they did here. The info we got here is crazy. This is halfway through the season and I liked finally getting some information, but also disappointed that Ruby had lied to Sam. So I was like you in trying to figure out what might be coming up. You'll have to be VERY careful about spoilers the rest of this season - and throughout season 4. Be sure to give your Moderator's time to check comments on Youtube. I remember seeing tons of bad spoilers during this season for other Reactors. Hopefully there won't be any on Patreon, but it happens.

2019-04-12 01:21:01 +0000 UTCYay!! I was happy to see a new reaction for Supernatural again, and your reaction for it was a lot of fun. I'm glad you really enjoyed this episode. I liked it too. It wasn't one of my favorites from this season, but like you... I really enjoyed the end conversation between Dean and Ruby. And this was the first time I really liked Ruby more than just thinking she's a cool character. I never fully trusted her because she is a demon and I have trouble believing most villains in shows can be other than what they are, unless of course they show signs of having remorse and some good within them. Ruby absolutely showed this in this episode, and I really liked that about her. As for this other demon Ruby fought against... I believe that she was stronger than most other demons because of who she works for, who you will meet later on. Someone very powerful and not like other demons, including Yellow Eyes. Overall... this was a fun episode and creepy. But very good. Thank you so much! Until next time...
