SKAM Austin Season 1 Episode 7 UN-CUT REACTION!

it's their band shirt, but the "closet" is the only really recognizable word. Tyler is also wearing another of their band shirts in the carnival scene.

"Shay had on a shirt that said "CLOSET" Shay was laying on a pillow that looked like the lesbian pride flag." Damn---I totally missed that on Shay's shirt. Went back and watched it just now. So cool.

I like the slight differences remakes create in the characters where they are technically doing and saying the same things but the meaning changes by the delivery... some of the Vilde's seem like pure social climbers, like they know perfectly well that they are being bitchy and are purposely throwing people under the bus, Kelsey is social climbing, but she seems more naive in her actions. I feel way more protective of her than other Vildes I feel like teh talk with the mom was important because so many people were telling Megan she didn;t know who she was, then her mom says "your room looks great, it's so YOU and Meg looks at her mom surprised. I think it creates a question in her head like DO I know who I am? AM I just following everyone else?

I wrote a comment but it vanished... Meg's Scarlet Letter A shirt, Shay had on a shirt that said "CLOSET" Shay was laying on a pillow that looked like the lesbian pride flag. On IG Meg jokes about watching Easy A instead f reading the Scarlet Letter for class. Easy A is about a girl who tries to change her reputation by allowing rumors to spread that she is promiscuous only to (of course) have it backfire. Also something that happens basically now until the last episode of the season, they posted a lot of texts between Meg and Shay, Shay is constantly asking if she's okay and if they can hang out and later just begging her to talk to her at all.

OMG---you spotted the "Scarlet Letter" and "A" thing! That part of the show can't be an accident or a coincidence; we know Julie Andem loves doing this sort of thing. And the themes of "The Scarlet Letter" was shame, public stigmatizing, and adultery/cheating--all the things going on with Megan. So yeah--it's got to be intentional. Also, the acting in this episode was spectacular. Especially between Megan and Abby.
