Shocking! Entitled autistic workplace trainer wants “paying” for “expertise”

A workplace trainer with both professional DEI training and lived experience being autistic has shocked clients by asking for money for his work, it has been reported.

Eddie Albington, 45, who has 10 years’ experience delivering autism training to workplaces and 45 years’ experience living as an autistic person, was described by employers who received his invoice as “cheeky”.

Former client, Graeme Hart, 50, said: “At first we thought it was a piss-take, but then he started following up, banging on about his ‘time’ and ‘expertise’. How much time can it have taken him if he’s just talking about himself? He can’t have it both ways.”

“It’s not like he’s a real autism trainer who’s had to learn all about people with autism,” continued Hart. “We let him have a go at it to be nice and this is how he repays us? We certainly won’t be hiring any more autism sufferers in the future.”

He added: “In any case, his so-called training was extremely biased in favour of people with autism. We were hoping for a good laugh and he ruined our fun. Killjoy.”

Albington said: “You have 30 days to pay my invoice or you’ll be hearing from my lawyer.”
