Potential Release Update

I know I posted in the discord, on twitter and mentioned it on youtube. Entirely possible I'm just fucking stupid.
ANYWAY, DF won't be properly out until A21 stable is released +1-2 months depending on amount of work needed. Based on how long it takes for TFP to release stable builds in the past, that means we're looking around August/September as an ESTIMATE.
I'm hoping maybe there will be an experimental version of the mod out before then, but again, no promises. I am currently taking a couple of days to mentally recharge, but it looks like we got RWG working as of this morning. :)

So been playing vanilla and was watching noob gaming with you, fun stuff! I like the visual changes. I don't mind the dew collector but it would never work in DF. I like the police car thing. But the game is about running errands for these traders. It was day 54 before I could make steel. Need to read 75 forge ahead to make a crucible and on pregen6k one small book store with mostly empty shelves. It was a grind. I bought a chem station long before I could make one. I bought a motorcycle long before I could make one. So yes the beginning game is stretched out but with this grind of finding magazines. Just my opinion. I'm lucky that on nomad the zombies were just starting to break through concrete when I made steel.

With a Mod like yours, there's a Shit Ton of work involved and needing to be re-worked to become compatible with a new Alpha In my opinion its a smart move to aim for after a Stable release from TFP for the Mod to be ready... Alot can change during experimental branches... Mod breaking shite... As I've said before, I always play Vanilla for a while when a new Alpha drops... before re-installing my Favorite mod :) So take a breather and Don't stress out too much... we're going nowhere :D
