Pateron Subscription Date Changes?

Patreon have announced a change that I can turn on. What it will do, is it will only take payment from you on the date that you start your patreon. So if you started on the 29th, it'd be taken every 29th, not taken on the 29th and then AGAIN on the first.
But, they also say that it will only take effect for new patreons. You guys will still be on the 1st of every month.
What do you all think? Is it worth turning on? I know some of you might want to take advantage of that by cancelling and then maybe resubbing on a more useful payment date, so I thought I'd ask for your input. :)

I think, based on feedback, i'll turn this on after 1st Oct hits. New month and all that.

2022-09-29 09:07:58 +0000 UTCI think that would be nice for the people that are Patreons for multiple creators, like myself, so one big lump sum doesn’t get charged the first of each month… but will I unsubscribe and re-subscribe? Probably not, I’m too lazy to change it. Haha

2022-09-28 13:49:30 +0000 UTCit will not stop the payment on the 1st for you as you are already subbed it only works for new subs after they activate it on their channel you would have to unsub to get it on the day you want if the 1st doesn't work for you

2022-09-28 07:45:09 +0000 UTCI say do it I am already locked in on the 1st but that's fine with me I don't want to unsub just to resub on a date that suits me better but may be better for new people so they can sub anytime in the month and not have to worry about having to pay again until a full month has passed

2022-09-27 22:16:41 +0000 UTCI just subscribed in the last week, so it would indeed save me from another charge on October 1st, and I think may encourage others who are concerned about such charges, so probably worthwhile.
