Ask Us Anything: Lawfare’s Annual Year-End Podcast

Not one, but four criminal indictments against a former president.

Ongoing war in Ukraine, and an old conflict reigniting in Israel-Palestine.

One of the most chaotic U.S. House speaker elections in history, with 19 rounds of voting between January and October, a motion to vacate, and a speaker pro-tempore for the first time in U.S. history.

Every news alert in 2023 seemed to bring new questions. But fear not, because Lawfare has answers.

You guessed it: it’s time for our annual “Ask Us Anything” podcast, an opportunity for you to ask Lawfare editors and contributors this year’s most burning questions.

To ask by phone, call (202) 455-8413, wait through the rings, and leave a voicemail with your name, where you’re calling from if you like, your question, and whether or not you have a specific member of the Lawfare team in mind to answer. You can also send a recording of yourself asking a question or a written question if you would prefer someone else reading it to askusanythinglawfare@gmail.com.

You can reply to this post or message us directly with your questions.

We look forward to hearing from you!

Please submit your questions by Dec. 18.

If this is not too late ... what would happen if Mark Meadows were to be a witness at Trump's trial in Tanya Chutkan's court and he took the 5th on every question? Would the jury be allowed to draw any inferences?

Josh Knight

Are there any updates on the administration's (alleged) efforts to combat strategic corruption? There was a lot of talk about the issue back in the Trump administration but besides a push toward a global minimum tax haven't seen much else since.
