2025-01-21 20:38:03 +0000 UTCglad to hear you and your apartment are safe and sound! if you have a CERT (community emergency response team) chapter in your neighborhood, that’s a great way to learn what to do in an emergency without obstructing professional first responders, and is also good for connecting with your community and knowing what resources are in your area. my coworkers are heavily involved, and i’ve been looking into starting a chapter in my own neighborhood since it’s in an area with high fire risk. there is a directory of CERT programs available on their website!
