Big Patreon Page Update

You might have noticed several changes in my patreon page lately. I've redone almost everything about it so now we get a fancy new page to play on!
As I've said some time ago, there are very few significant changes. I mostly just wanted to give the page some much needed polish. Here's a "changelog" for everything worth noting:
- Starting today, all patrons that pledge $5 or above have access to our Discord server, where you'll be able to chat directly with me and other patrons;
- The $15 tier now gets you one sketch per month, instead of everyone getting the same picture;
- All tiers now have new icons and names;
- New thank you message when you pledge (Seen above);
- I've rewrote my page description, hopefully now it's not overly long and awkwardly written;
- Featured tags are now in! I'm slowly retagging all my work (Since the way I was tagging it before didn't seem to work) so now it will be easier to look at previous stuff

As always I'm open for all suggestions on how to improve my stuff. Thank you for all the support and let's work even harder in the future!
