at the point of this documentary releasing, only go and what you want had been released. so that intro had me screaming, begging and praying for it to be one of their upcoming releases. i was like YOU CANT MAKE THIS JUST FOR THE INTRO OF THE DOCUMENTARY

there’s so much to say about cortis but one of the biggest takeaways is just how slow some of them speak. seonghyeon and juhoon are literally like turtles when they talk and i mean that in an incredibly sweet endearing way.

Martin is half korean half canadian but lived mostly in korea, he even said one of the fansign that they made that he lived in ottawa just for one year so makes sense that he speaks fluently korean, he might speaks english with his dad or he learned it on his free time don't know.

Same, what’s crazy so far that impressed me the most is they are very original and involved in their stuffs. Every video they get credited whether choreography, direction, production & writing. As someone mentioned they also have original MVs that they filmed themselves on the Cortis's Youtube channel. Even with their behind the scenes for MVs, it’s not your typical short BTS, each of them are 30 minutes deep dive into how they work on set and was super involved. Not to mentioned, James and Martin getting credited on big projects & productions pre-debut is honestly admirable. I am excited for their journey for sure!

Martin may be mixed, but he was raised in Korea and went to regular Korean schools. In the Lullaby MV behind, he even said he’s a ‘low-key Korean,’ and James teased him like, ‘You’re literally Korean, what do you mean low-key Korean?’ 🤣 BTW, Juhoon doesn’t appear much in the documentaries — he had just joined BigHit at that time and was only a trainee for like half a year.

one thing that stuck out to me was when one of the staff came to martin and keonho to talk, she said "let's make it our goal today to create music we truly enjoy". Reminds me of BTS, they used to always say stuff like that (lets make music we love and are not ashamed of, etc.) also it's interesting to see what these labels prioritize for their groups because back then big hit didnt have the money to hire expensive writers and producers or do song camps like this so they had no choice but to take in kids who were into music/dance/videos themselves and help them cultivate that interest but now it seems like that's becoming a core part of bighit

Yayyy so happy you're watching this! This documentary made me love Cortis even more, they're so talented, creative and driven.
