CORTIS Documentary ‘What We Want' EP 2

Comments

I agree with every comment that mentions MV commentaries, MV behind the scenes, and last but not least, the original versions of music videos. You should definitely check them out.

Keti

aren't they so charming?! I've never been so enamored by a boy group so quickly before.

Neeko

i’m sure this has been mentioned before, but james was also one of jungkook’s dancers during his 7 promotions in kr !! martin and james have been woven into hybe’s blanket for a long long while and im so happy for cortis’ success, but especially theirs. martin said he damn near passed out when the magnetic royalties hit his account.

k !

the concept of outside being a contender for their debut ep only for it to get shelved and given to enhypen is just insane. martin is just that guy.

PD you have to check out the other MV's for Lullaby & Joyride & even the original versions by the members that have been released! The og version for FaSHioN actually inspired the director to take them up to the mountains of New Zeland & was also used more as a guide for the performance film aesthetic of FaSHioN as well 😊

They released original MVs for What You Want and Fashion, all directed, edited, and produced entirely by the members themselves. The official Lullaby MV basically copied their version, and in the Lullaby MV Behind you can even see clips of them meeting with the director. The original versions of Lullaby and Joyride are already documented in the documentary, so it seems like the full versions won’t be released. As for Go, their version was shown at the release party. You can hear them talk about the storyboards and filming ideas in their MV commentary and MV behind. Those are really fun to watch🤩🥳

this was the episode that actually had me so impressed. They already were before but maybe cause i understand dance and video production a bit better than music production, i can appreciate it more deeply. haven't really seen a group dynamic like this very often in kpop that even as a casual fan, i can't help but watch what they're up to
