2025-09-24 05:27:05 +0000 UTCAgreed on the point about Jia Hao poising as a real threat to Sangwon's centre and I think it was a win-win situation for both of them: as unfortunate as it might sound, imo Jia Hao's part wouldn't be as impactful and helped his rank climb up so quickly, if it wasn't so short and memorable. the debut group better be doing mature and sexier concepts bc this vibe really suits most of the debut lineup candidates :pp

2025-09-20 10:10:54 +0000 UTCI didn’t have a one-pick for a long time, but after watching the latest performances, I found myself repeatedly going back to Jia Hao’s Chains fancam. That’s when I realised he was going to be my one-pick. I also feel that Sangwon was able to level up in Chains because he felt Jia Hao as a real threat. With how close Jia Hao could have been to taking the killing part, Sangwon had no choice but to push himself—and he really did step up. While I wish Jia Hao had more centre moments, I do think Sangwon ultimately delivered the best killing part for the song.

My list is similar but as good as Geonwoo is, I never included him in my top 5 as an absolute. I also did not include Jun Seo at all (at least in my top 5), similarly to Jia Hao. My top 5 would be Sangwon, Leo, An Xin, Xin Long, and Yumeki (personally think if he had more idol/trainee experience that’d be even better but I mainly included him bc I do like him as a person and in terms of his dancing and I think he can really benefit the debut team to elevate the performance as a whole and at least make the group a very skilled self-choreographing group if not self-producing depending on what the company wants/allows). I was leaving the last 3 spots to be up for grabs, but if I were to choose, maybe Jun Seo as his skills aren’t super lacking so he can keep up with the rest of the group and I can def see him as the leader, Geonwoo bc I also agree he can do everything but just not a specialist in anything, and Jia Hao bc he’s memorable in his dancing especially (could work more on expressions tho). A special mention to Hengyu bc I really like him, but judging by my lineup, I have realized he may not suit the whole vibe of the group tho at the same time I hope that reason doesn’t bar him (or others) from debuting either in this group or any other (I think his skills are solid enough to debut)

But on the other hand, I kinda hate not being able to discuss the episode fresh with them. By the time we answer any questions they ask in a reaction, ESPECIALLY ones that might change their perspective in an upcoming episode, it's already too late lol 😅

2025-09-20 01:55:39 +0000 UTCI will be honest, i actually didn't expect rock to win that round, over like JENNIE, just because jun min and sang won went crazy and harry jun's choreo was insane and that team seemed much more balanced in terms of performance rather than rock. Having said that, i'm so glad xin long got his moment cus i have been rooting for him since the auditions. Also i completely agree with you about leo's performance, i think he did a much better job in Queencard, maybe cus that was more vocal driven, which is his strength? The fact that he has been getting consistent low live scores may also be getting to him? But idk i don't wanna make any assumptions.

2025-09-20 01:54:34 +0000 UTCAt this point, my personal line up would probably be: -Sangwon -Leo -Xinlong -Jia Hao -Donggyu -Junmin -Anxin -Sanghyeon (with Donggyu being my 1-pick right now) I know, I know, the last choice is super controversial bc it seems like EVERYONE thinks he's a dozen but I feel the potential! And regardless of his scandal, I'm sorry but Geonwoo doesn't register at all for me. He's not bad nor great, he's just.. There. (again, for ME) There's the argument of needing a "bland white rice" member in the group, which I respectfully disagree with. 😅

2025-09-19 22:14:12 +0000 UTCSo I actually talk about this in my Ep 11 reaction. He’s a very quiet and deadly weapon imo. I would describe Geonwoo as this: he is a 9/10 is literally every category. Vocals, dancing, charisma, expression work, star power. He’s NEAR perfect in EVERY category but shines in nothing particular. But yeah, my eye is drawn to him every time BECAUSE no one is as perfectly balanced as him. For example Jang Jia Hao is like an 11/10 in dancing but needs more work in facial expression work. Geonwoo averages out better because he may be 9/10 in dancing but his 9/10 in everything else makes him, in my opinion, always technically better than everyone he can be compared with 1:1. For example, that LALALA SKZ performance? I think Xin Long is way more memorable but I think Geonwoo did better overall. Geonwoo feels like a true “jack of all trades yet master of none”. He’s like the ultimate “neutral/solid” root member. Think members like Lee Know in SKZ. He can do everyone’s job for them but not better than them, but overall he can do more than those who are specialized.

He's pretty stable to me kinda like Junil but for some reason he keeps drawing my eye to him and I don't know what it is. Like yes of course he nails every concept or character he's given I just don't understand because it's also not like he draws you in visually either like Leo and Sangwon would. I'm just really confused of why I like him so much. Like is it an Aura thing is anyone else drawn to him like he's not in my top 8 but everytime I watch him it feels like he should be in top 8. Also side note MNET is like really pushing for Anxin to be in the final 8 like for me talen us there but I think he needs to work on acting with his eyes and energy. Also this is the only performance where I was like ok I see potential like he finally had life in his performance!!
