I know they became a trio out of another group, but they are active & their own thing. ๐น Great reaction & thoughts about it though. ๐ So glad Golden is at #1 on the Billboard Hot 100. Mira, Derpy, Sussie, & Bobbi are all my faves. Rumi, Jinu, & Zoey are all great though. I feel bad for Celine. Lady needs some therapy.

2025-08-12 21:38:19 +0000 UTCPD there is an interview you can find with Maggie Kang, the director, and she talks about how Saja Boys were animated at like half the frame rate of everyone else and when Jinu and Rumi start to get closer his frame rate increases to match hers. Also Maggie Kang was born in Seoul and her family immigrated to Toronto when she was 5 so she's probably still culturally Korean.

The system failed her seems more like! Excited for them to make some more content; sequel, prequel, I'll take it all! I know everyone wants Jinu to not be gone, but I will say I think that'd really take away from his sacrifice :-/ Zoey bias for me! And Derpy and Sussy legit stole the whole film bahahahahaha. I also have to say I was OVER THE MOON when I saw Sungwon had some voice acting roles in this. I adore him so much and got to meet him at MatsuriCon last year and just yessssss! I also love your notes on the animation; I've watched some people talk about how it was and was not based on Spiderverse and the changes they made to the style as well as the frame rate, and seeing you pick up on that? >bow down< PS I also totally missed SuJu's Black Suit was used and had to go look up the scene because same, HOW DID I MISS THAT???
