2025-07-11 08:48:13 +0000 UTCI'm a little bit late but as a korean it really gives you late 90s and early 2000s vibes. Like back then groups like this were really a thing. I know it's not new because we have Kard but they aren't big in Korea and I think Teddy really thought this might go big again. Here they got a lot of marketing because of Teddy and Annie being the Shinsaege baby.

Obviously when you compare it to Bailey who is world renown or Youngseo who has trained along side NewJeans members, Annie appears weaker in comparison. But by no means is she lacking. She’s got it all, dance, rap, presence and she provides such a girl boss and chique energy. All the members are incredible. I think it’s more, Annie and Youngseo are more idol like than that free spirited presence the other 3 have. But they’ll definitely all keep growing

Even in other aspexts i think she’s the least skilled overall, but Youngseo is their pillar in my opinion, the only one who can hold a mic when it comes to singing (at least with the material they have put out); a singer is needed (i would say more than one…) and also, she balances the group, giving it a feminine but fatal energy that i like. She’s like when XG is killing it and comes Juria in that goddess form in Howling mv

2025-06-29 10:15:41 +0000 UTCI was a bit worried about how the group would work when the members were first announced especially because Youngseo is so classic kpop compared to the others (not a bad thing, just concerned how she would mesh with the others) but it actually really really works. I've been a fan of Bailey for years and years even before I got into Kpop because I used to watch her when she was a competitive dancer and then when she became a choreographer...It's crazy that she's debuted but I'm so excited for the rest of her career. I know she was involved with the Black Label for quite a while since there were rumors she and Annie were going to debut with Meovv but wowwww... she's a star.
