just watching this again... randomly... some facts: Yooyeon, Kotone and Xinyu are T's in mbti (also Yubin, Jiyeon) also NXT & Glow members have right now a "countrysied/vacation" show on their channel, and i think they be doing the same letter reading thing or at least similar, with our last 8 members that joined the team, hope u PD check that out some day =)

Random, but PD do yo know that there is an instrumental album released last year with almost every song instrumentals?, and also they have just released this February the volume 2 of the instrumentals for the new releases so far, it's on apple music.

Yo PD, I might have just found what TripleS really should stand for. I thought of what the group is all about and it is about "the idol of all possibilities" right. But we choose what happens with those possibilities, so what if the name means "사람들이 선택하는 소녀" which translates to "The girl people chose". Then you have 3 words starting with S. I think that makes way more sense than "Social Sonyo Seoul" (the real meaning of their name). Knowing Jaden Jeong, this would make sense after LOONA (이달의 소녀)

Vacation variety content are always so nice, probably my favorite overall for most of the groups I follow. Xinyu is awesome, she’s so funny and just interesting. She’s somehow climbed my bias list to be in my top 3 over the year I’ve been a wav which is genuinely surprising given my other 2 in my top 3 are Yooyeon and Sohyun. Also you’d probably assume Xinyu is an F but surprisingly she’s an ENTP, which has come to make more sense to me after awhile but it’s still so interesting.

And also the OG Gravity for Rising era! Since most of the songs have been used (minus 2), I think it would be interesting for PD to hear what the original demo samples were - so they would have an idea what WAVs had to base their votes on!

I feel like Xinyu might not be as happy and confident as she portrays to be, that might be why she is so close to Nien and Sohyun. Nien is someone who is her best friend who she can talk to about really personal stuff, and Sohyun is someone who looks at everything objectively and doesn’t judje her for being who she is (I feel like she is maybe the only one who can see Xinyu’s true self, that is why Xinyu started sobbing). Also, I feel like I can’t pick a favourite member because even though they are a 24 member group, they all feel like they are very close with each other and can rely on everyone in the group (even though some might not talk as much to each other, let’s say Yooyeon and Seoah, with a 9 years age gap it would be hard to find a relatable topic for both, but they would still look out for each other) I love this group so much and it takes me back to the old LOONA times. I loved to watch LOONA the tam, the 1 minute daily vlogs and just their bond with each other. That is also why I am so hyped for MODHAUS’ new boy group. I feel like that would give me a whole new insight of how Jaden Jeong will handle a boy group and how that vibe/feeling will be. I want to see the male Seoyeon evolve into a great Idol. I hope “IDNTT” (identity) be revealed early in this year

I feel like you also do this to some other idols as well like Sung Hanbin and Zhang Hao I’ve also always wondered why the only foreign idols to introduce themselves by full name are Chinese idols. They always say “Shen Xiaoting” “Zhou Xinyu” (uniess they have a stage name). While others just use their first name “Kotone” “Kaede”. I most of the time don’t even know their last names. Is this a cultural thing? Do you know the Japanese members’ last names? (I do know Sullin’s full name because I looked it up a while ago and it stuck to me for being a cool name “Pirada Bunraksa”

So it might have kicked off from this habit: you may notice in some variety where idols might yell at each other or heck even Kdramas and address their full name. Like YA!! GONG YUBIN!! In America (idk if you’re American) but it’s like when someone to be stern or serious says someone’s full name. Maybe like when a mom addresses a son “Benjamin Matthew Johnson—you listen to me young man!” But in Korean we say it sometimes when someone just alarms us as well. And I think it started off because her screams used to fng surprise me like “DEAR GOD GONG YUBIN THAT WAS LOUD”. I think now it has evolved into almost out of respect. Like some Koreans I say their full name. Only person that comes to mind is Kwon Jiyong aka G-Dragon. Never referred to him as Jiyong.

I think return to signals PD and eventually VV on weekly idol (btw it was hilarious as usual) I like how at the beginning of the letter readings (with Hyebami and Yubami) AAA was sitting together, Hyebami and Yubami have been together in every unit (AAA, LOVElution, VV and of course in the full team titles Rising and GND)… Yubami crying is a first ever for all of us. Tokyo haus, you will eventually reach it on signals and see why Tokyoz (Tone and Yeonji) are close since they joined. The last four members to join, being Jiyeon the latest in S number order but she fitting so well in the team since the beginning, i think out of the 4 Glow members Jiyeon got more comfortable with the team the fastest, she has that same “mc energy” as Chaeyeon, they are both similar in that aspect. Lynn, her bias is Naky, since the day Lynn joined, being shy about Naky now they are close, Lynn is the successful fan towards Naky. Naky and Yooyeon relationship is so cute too, Yooyeon always “rejecting” her (and calling her cool but pabo on weekly idol gnd era). Xinyu… ㅠㅠ the most sensitive person in the team I was tearing with her and because of her the first time i watched this episode. Her and Sohyun (Soxinz) are THE couple of tripleS that’s why all the screaming when Sohyun pats her head when giving her the letter (they are Xinyu and Sohyun oppa, even though they are the same age) Also XiNien close since GP999 or even before maybe? They are like sisters couple (cause Sohyun is her husband 🫢) I also like how the production chose letters for consecutive numbers like Yubin S8 to Kaede S9 or Nien S13 to Sohyun S14, after a member joined tripleS is so meaningful to see that member welcoming the next S to join. I also think Yeonji has grown in popularity too and I like her a lot but also can’t tell exactly why. Maybe for me it’s her growth in the team, how she joined and was the maknae for some time and now she is still a baby but has this spark of maturity in her. I feel she is different from the current maknaes (Joobin and Seoah).
