2025-01-26 09:34:38 +0000 UTCHaving the zoom out of seeing HxH just be cycles upon cycles of pairings of character 1) brazen and energetic and character 2) cool and calculated, still unhinged IN A THOUSAND DIFFERENT FONTS is so funny to me, like the mangaka found great ways for characters to compare and contrast I’m sure not even on purpose it’s just obviously fun to put two characters on the same side and see them bounce off of each other bc their mindsets are different but they’re will friends: Gon and Killua, Leori and Kurapika, Knuckle and Shoot, morel and Knov—these tropes happen in media all the time but I’ll never get sick of throwing Type A and Type B personality into a jar and shaking it lol
