ngl the mv really made me love this song!!! if i have heard the song first without the mv i would probably just go meh, but the video was way too fun and the members very charismatic

But I hope this will not be their only thing people will connect them with, I think they have a potential to bring something new to the table. The thing is, it is not clear to me yet. Like although I like this song more than Umm Great and I have favorite tracks on the debut mini album, I cannot help myself and think they are holding themselves back for some reason. I assume Amaru is actually both the main rapper and main vocal. But why did they give KyeHun such a short line that even Keiju?? Who is supposed to be the dance focused member rather than a rapper, got longer line than him… Speaking of the new members. The deep voice guy caught my attention even more than DongHyeon. Obviously I noticed DongHyeon in the music video, but listening to the song and to the whole mini album, I found myself recognizing Amaru, KyeHun, Keiju and this new guy way easily than DongHyeon, which is surprising considering I would expect myself (someone, who was really into LOUD) to be focused on LOUD members mainly. With all of this I am trying to say the delivery/introducing the members properly does not meet its goal well. Like KyeHun was supposed to be the ace (or one of the aces with Amaru now being so versatile…), but if I didn’t watch LOUD, I would have noticed KyeHun at all, which is so weird. Considering him being the trainee, who could have debuted with STRAY KIDS.

There are lots of groups who have a debut in a style of "f u to the haters" and I think it's so cool to have this teenage concept because all of them still are teenagers! Also, having a song about your mama worrying about your future is, I think, totally in line with this being their debut song. While I'm sure their parents are very supportive of them, it sorta tells the story that because they went their own way, they ended up debuting and I really love that. I'm so excited for their future as a group. Also, the whole album is just very well produced and has some real gems on it. Thank you for your reaction!
